3rd Annual Arkansas October Fest to be Held at Holiday Island Shopping Center

Holiday Island Holdings, Inc. - a development stage company operating in the land development sector of the market - released the news today that the 3rd Annual Arkansas October Fest will be held in the Holiday Island Shopping Center and in front of one of the Company’s prime acquisition targets, Sunfest Market.
Sunfest Market – a regional super market chain – is located in the center of the Holiday Island Shopping Center with the highest year round traffic and parking spaces. As previously announced, the Company is pursuing the acquisition of Sunfest Market for $1,000,000, and it generates $100,000 annual net profit with a 10% return.
The event is hosted by the Holiday Island Chamber of Commerce. It will be held on Saturday, October 26 from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. There will be fun and entertainment for the whole family located at Holiday Island and the nearby area, including: Music and entertainment all day by MC - DJ TIC, bouncy house, hay ride and games for the kids by Holiday Island Churches, grilled/smoked burgers, dogs, chicken, water, soda, and ice cream provided by Sunfest Market, costume contest by Peachtree Village, and a Hearse full of treats provided by Sheila and Robert Wolf, Wolf Wellness Center & 24/7 Fitness, another tie into HIHI’s pursuit of the Holiday Island Medical Clinics and Health Services.
Gene Thompson – CEO of Holiday Island Holdings and Treasurer of the Holiday Island Chamber of Commerce said, “We are pleased to make this announcement as it is yet another event that brings more traffic and promotion of the Holiday Island Shopping Center and its businesses. These developments are important to our acquisition pursuit of certain properties located in the Holiday Island Shopping Center.”
The Company’s main goals for 2017 are to finalize a multi-million dollar fund raise and become a dominant player in local commercial and residential markets at Holiday Island, Arkansas.
