Free Fall Egg Hunt, Hayrides, Farm Animals & More At Heaven Hill Farm

Get hopping this fall at the annual Egg Hunt at Heaven Hill Farm on October 26, 2019. Come to the farm for a day of excitement: visit with farm animals, take a hayride across the pastoral landscape, and more.
Bestow your eager little ones with their favorite basket for this treasure hunt so they can fill it with special candy and prize-filled eggs. Discover the “golden” eggs and take home one of many extra special surprises including a fluffy stuffed animal or a FREE gem mining adventure at the Gem Mining Sluice where all panned gems are yours to keep. Egg hunts are organized into two separate age groups with four hunts scheduled throughout the afternoon.
Egg Hunts are scheduled on the hour: 12:00 noon, 1:00 pm, 2:00 pm, 3:00 pm
“With the onset of the fall weather, we anticipate crowds in record numbers who just can’t help but take advantage of the fresh country air at Heaven Hill Farm,” comments Phyllis Emmerich, Outdoor Lifestyles Manager.
More egg-citing farm activities, including hayrides along the bunny trail, feeding the farm animals, creating customized sand art, sitting for a holiday style face painting session, panning for gemstones at the Heaven Hill Farm Gem Mining Sluice and carnival rides for the young and young-at-heart, round out the activities.
Hayrides are scheduled hourly: 12:30 pm, 1:30 pm, 2:30 pm
Boldly colorful tulips, daffodils, hyacinths, lilies and more fall varieties fill the farm market. It’s pansy planting time and the greenhouses are bursting with a rainbow of vibrant multicolored blossoms.
Take in the delectable aromas of freshly baked pies and the Heaven Hill Farm signature cider donuts while strolling through the farm market, and then take home some mouth-watering baked goods for a sweet and delicious memory of your day in the country.
Established in 1982, Heaven Hill Farm is a 150 acre working farm and full service garden center offering annuals, perennials, shrubs, trees, gardening supplies, seasonal produce, patio and pool furniture, sheds and giftware. In addition to the Easter Egg Hunt & Bonnet Contest, Heaven Hill is host to yearly events including Vernon Earthfest, Mother’s Day Market, Gardening Demos, Educational School & Group Tours, the PumpkinLand Festival, U-Pick Pumpkins, the Haunted Acres Hayride and the Tree Lighting Celebration.
Heaven Hill Farm boasts 16,500 sq.ft. of retail, greenhouse and event space.
