Tours at The Children’s Farm:
Visits to the farm are leisurely, self guided tours, in which each family can choose their own pace during the three hour visiting time. Complimentary pony and hayrack rides are offered (weather and work-schedule permitting) for paid guests – weight limit imposed for pony rides.
During visits, farm guides invite the public into each animal pen and are ready to supply information about the animals to inquiring visitors. Guests are welcome to touch, pet and groom many of our animals. Our barn animals change seasonally but we often have a variety of chickens, ducks, turkeys, rabbits, pigs, goats, cows, sheep, horses, ponies and donkeys.
Visits to our farm in October are filled with all of our standard farm animal exhibits in addition to several fall themed attractions.
Pumpkin Playland:
Our Pumpkin Playland is open weekends and Columbus Day. The Pumpkin Patch is open daily. Hayracks and food concessions are weekends and Columbus Day only.
